  We were directed to go to pier 36 at slip zero; however, when we arrived the captain and crew were leaving from the boat at that slip. They said the cruise we should have been on was at pier 78 on the west side and there was o way to make it in 15 minutes from lower east side at pier 39 to west end. This was unfair and a total waste of not only our money for the tickets, but also the trains and the Uber we took back!!

  The tour itself was great!! Molly our tour guide was fabulous. However, we almost missed our tour due to inaccurate departure instructions. The docking slip number and boat name were not the same was my instructions in my email confirmation. We did ask a worker who also gave us a different (wrong) slip number. We did eventually find the right spot with one minute to spare. But, we enjoyed the tour just not the stress getting on it.

  The boat never showed up at the rendezvous point. We weren't the only ones looking for that ghost boat. Will we be reimbursed?

  Great experience, friendly staff, knowledgeable cruise director. Great for a cold day with warm inside viewing area.

  Do not under any circumstances choose this option. After waiting 30 minutes beyond the time it was scheduled to leave, I left as it was a no-show on the part of the organizers involved. The individuals running the ship had, according to them, no knowledge whatsoever of when they were to depart, while those who were supposed to board the passengers were also not present. The crew provided minimal information only when directly asked by another passenger. While I am seldom inclined to write reviews for any reason, the fact that not only did it not proceed as planned, but that there was no personnel present at all apparently able to provide explanation or refunds for a trip that was so late that people arriving for the trip 1.5 hours later were met with those waiting for the prior trip is beyond a poor level of customer interaction, but outright disinterest in doing what passengers paid for. Please choose any other option and save yourself the money that you are quite possibly going to lose by booking this service.

  Don't miss your boat. Even if they promise you a later tour if there are not enough people to be profitable for them, they will cancel and not refund you.
