  Do not under any circumstances choose this option. After waiting 30 minutes beyond the time it was scheduled to leave, I left as it was a no-show on the part of the organizers involved. The individuals running the ship had, according to them, no knowledge whatsoever of when they were to depart, while those who were supposed to board the passengers were also not present. The crew provided minimal information only when directly asked by another passenger. While I am seldom inclined to write reviews for any reason, the fact that not only did it not proceed as planned, but that there was no personnel present at all apparently able to provide explanation or refunds for a trip that was so late that people arriving for the trip 1.5 hours later were met with those waiting for the prior trip is beyond a poor level of customer interaction, but outright disinterest in doing what passengers paid for. Please choose any other option and save yourself the money that you are quite possibly going to lose by booking this service.

  Don't miss your boat. Even if they promise you a later tour if there are not enough people to be profitable for them, they will cancel and not refund you.

  Excellent for anyone - quick and easy! Take the kids or grandparents, the staff is super nice and thoughtful! The views were perfect no matter where you sit.

  Check in was easy; friendly staff; cruise left on time and allowed time for pictures; my only gripe, was the door for the sound system constantly banging on the wall

  I was awesome, my niece and I enjoyed it. The view was spectacular it was the first time for us.The staff was very professional and the trip was a comfortable .

  Changed the time on us and very dingy boat. Very old and dated. Crew was pressing people to give 5 star reviews. Very hard to watch and listen to. Wouldn’t take no for an answer.

  Really enjoyed this trip. It was very impressive views. Staff excellent in looking after us. Playing songs about New York as you near Statue of Liberty got a lump in my throat amazing.

  It was cancelled on us after waiting for way over 1 hour for it to arrive, we were very disappointed along with the other people whom was waiting for the same trip.
