On Liberty Island, explore the Statue of Liberty Museum, home to three interactive galleries that trace the monument’s history from its design and construction to its role as a worldwide symbol of freedom. You are free to explore the island, museum, and surrounding grounds independently at your own pace.
Continue to Ellis Island, the arrival point for millions of immigrants to the United States. Walk through the historic halls and exhibitions that tell the stories of those who began new lives here. Here as well, you may visit all areas independently and spend as much time as you wish.
Your included audio guide provides meaningful context with personal accounts and historical insights while allowing you the flexibility to explore each location on your own schedule.

Battery Park (the Castle Clinton National Monument) is the departure point for the ferry to Liberty Island and Ellis Island.
The time shown on your ticket is the time to join the queue for the Security Screening Facility, not the ferry departure time.
All visitors must pass through airport-style security screening before boarding the ferry. Waiting times may vary depending on crowd levels.
We recommend allowing extra time and keeping a flexible schedule for ferry boarding and security procedures.
Late afternoon times (2:00 PM and 3:00 PM) may not allow sufficient time to fully visit Ellis Island before closing.
Access to the Statue of Liberty Pedestal or Crown is not included. These require separate special reservations.
There are no locker storage facilities at the Battery Park screening area. Avoid bringing large bags, sharp objects, or restricted items.
This experience is not wheelchair accessible and infant seats are not available.
All minors (17 and under) must be accompanied by a responsible adult (25 years or older).
This is a self-guided experience. No live guide will accompany you on the islands.
Visitors should be prepared for outdoor conditions. Wear comfortable clothing, light layers in warm weather, and stay hydrated.
You will receive QR code entry tickets for all guests in your reservation, along with detailed instructions. Do not use any voucher automatically issued by the booking platform.

Castle Clinton National Monument
Begin your journey at Battery Park in New York. Upon arrival, present your QR code voucher we provided to board the ferry, bypassing the general ticket purchase lines. Arrive early to enjoy views of New York Harbor and take photos. All visitors must pass through the Security Screening Facility before boarding. Once on the ferry, enjoy a scenic ride across the harbor. As you approach Liberty Island, take in the iconic views of the Statue of Liberty and the New York skyline. During the crossing, you may listen to the onboard commentary, which shares interesting facts about the surrounding landmarks.

Upon arrival, you will have access to the grounds of Liberty Island. Take time to walk around the island and admire the monument’s impressive scale and the surrounding views.

5.00Me and my friend had a realy good time seeing the statue and the boat ride was nice but windy. The skip the line part was worth it bc those lines was crazy long and we didn't want to wait. The audio thing was ok but I mostly just wanted to take pictures of the lady. Ellis island was kinda boring lots of reading but still cool to see where people come from.
Me and the kids went on this Statue of Liberty tour and it was well worth it

5.00We got the skip the queue for purchasing tickets , and thank god cause the line for the ferry looked like a mile long. The lady at the desk was nice even though I lost my papers and my youngest was screaming his head off. The audio thing was easy to use even for me and I aint great with tech. Ellis Island was real sad seeing where people came in but my son found our last name on a wall and started crying happy tears which made me cry too.
Definitely the best way to see the Statue and Ellis Island

5.00Highly recommended for all visitors to the city! Visiting the Statue of Liberty with the audio guide was an impressive experience. The information he provided was very interesting and helped us better understand the history and symbolism behind this iconic monument. Climbing to the crown was amazing, with spectacular views of New York. Undoubtedly, an experience I wouldn't miss.

5.00For as a family of 6 persons, we required audio guided tour, to be a more flexible, and we enjoyed our freedom during this tour, without any restrictions. Kids loved to walk near the Statue of Liberty, all was good organized, plenty of time allowed us to discover all we wanted. Recommended tour.
