The tour includes priority and reserved access to the islands, a professional tour leader you through both islands (if option selected) and access to the Statue of Liberty Museum and the National Museum of Immigration on the island Ellis.

Please note: Our tour is Bilingual, our guide will explain in two laguages: English & Spanish
Live Guided Option: (Classic&Premium) Due to site regulations your tour guide might not be able to accompany you inside the sites; regardless, they will offer a complete explanation of what you will experience inside
Live Guided Option: (Classic&Premium) Please make sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. The guided tour with a live guide begins promptly at 9:30 AM and cannot be delayed.
Premium Option: This option includes an Interactive Audio Guide on your phone to supplement the explanations provided by the guide in places where he/she is not allowed to lead. We recommend choosing this option to enhance your experience
Basic Option: Please note that you must go directly to the ferry at your selected time, near "The View at Battery Park" Beer Garden. There is no need to go to any other meeting point. Please make sure to show the additional ticket sent by Amigo Tours to gain access. As a reminder, this option only includes the interactive audio guide and does not include live commentary
Due to the security check to go on board the ferry every client has to wait a line. This line can take until 2 hours depending on the affluence. We recommend taking a hat and suncream on summer and you can also use this time to make turns and use the toilette
Please note that luggage, scooters and other bulky objects are not permitted on the ferry. We cannot be held responsible if you are denied access with any of these items.
On days where the volume of visitors may be higher, such as: holidays, there may be long lines to enter the ferry, monument and museums.

5.00It was amazing and Daniel’s explanations were very enjoyable, Daniel was our guide on this tour, it was very professional, explains everything very well, it was a great experience even he made us photos that came out great, I recommend it 100%. If you want the best guide ask about Daniel. I have had other excursions with other guides of this Enterprise and fatal, but with him amazing by far Daniel was the best.

5.00My wife and I enjoyed our Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island tour tremendously! Our tour guide, Stalina, was absolutely awesome! Our meeting point at Starbucks on the Battery plaza was easy to find and convenient from the subway. After security, Stelina told us where we could get the best views of the Statue of Liberty from the ferry. She kept the group together very well and her English was very good. She also knows Spanish, Portugese and Italian and seemed to communicate well with an Italian group on our tour. It was apparent that she loves history and is a fan of the Statue of Liberty. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and good nature were outstanding and added so much to our tour experience. It was remarkable how Stelina knew many ferry and park employees. She has obviously done these tours a lot. My wife and I were not prepared for our stop at Ellis Island. Before you go, be sure to be familiar enough with your family tree that you can research your ancestors' arrivals into the US. I highly recommend Amigo tours, I think you will like them too!

5.00We joined a half-day tour with Dani V to Statue of Liberty and can’t ask for a better experience! Dani was personable, kind, and knowledgeable. He is also very thoughtful, and brought props to make our photo-taking experience even better. I’ll strongly recommend Dani and Amigo Tour!

4.00Diego was smart, thoughtful, efficient and extremely helpful in getting our group to our different locations. Once we checked in with him we didn’t need to worry about anything but enjoying the views and history. It would be wise to let people know in your description that the tour does not include getting up on the pedestal or the crown.
