■SCHEDULE
90-min. session.
After a lecture on the history of Japanese cuisine and Sushi,
you'll get hands-on experience making Sushi, and then
enjoy eating Sushi you've made!

・We only accommodate shrimp and crab allergies.
(octopus and squid can be substituted).
・For only Sushi Roll course, we will replace the fish with vegetables. Please indicate the number of guests requesting this change in the "Special Requirements" section.

5.00We had an amazing experience at this sushi workshop in Kyoto. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and explained every step in great detail, which made the whole process fun and easy to follow. The sushi we made at the end was delicious, and they even took photos of us during the workshop and surprised us with a small gift at the end. It was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience — absolutely worth it!

5.00I took a sushi-making class with Sushi Master, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. The instructor was professional, patient, and explained every step in a clear and simple way—even if you have zero experience with Japanese cooking. We learned about the different types of fish, how to choose fresh ingredients, and the proper techniques for rolling sushi. The atmosphere was fun, relaxed, and full of positive energy. We also had time to take photos and enjoy the sushi we made, which tasted incredible! The place was clean, well-organized, and all the ingredients were high quality. It’s definitely an experience I recommend to anyone visiting Japan, especially if you love sushi or want to learn it from an authentic Japanese perspective. Highly recommended!

3.00Had fun and learned to make sushi, but they ask you to leave a review before giving you a trinket at the end. I don’t believe this place deserves the 5 start review it has, it was overall an OK experience, not 5-star, #20 on trip advisor.

5.00Very fun and courteous hosts. Made learning easy and fun. It’s a lot of food so be prepared to eat! Vegetarian and carnivore options make this very flexible for groups and omnivorous couples.
