Warwick Castle

Set against the River Avon within 64 acres of landscaped parkland, this beautiful castle once belonged to the most powerful man in England, The Earl of Warwick. Learn how the 'Kingmaker' was the only man who dared defy the King, and how he defeated the armies of King Edward IV in battle before taking the King himself as a prisoner. Explore the lavishly decorated State Rooms and 17th-century Great Hall; a room boasting an impressive collection of artefacts including suits of armour and medieval weapons. In the castle's 14th-century gaol, the original dungeon, see graffiti left behind by prisoners hundreds of years ago. How many names can you spot?

5.00Robert amd Greg were fantastic! So much history and knowledge imparted in a short amount of time. As a lover of British literature I thoroughly enjoyed Robert's inclusion of historical anecdotes on Lewis Carroll, Shakespeare, C.S. Lewis, J.K. Rowling, etc.i do not think the journey would have been as memorable without him as a guide.
I should have joined the tour even though i was sick coz they won’t refund or give consideration to move it on the 4th

1.00I got sick unexpectedly while Roaming around British islands since July 17 2025, I have booked tours on trip guide viator and another company. I got sick and I avoided to bother or cough and scared passenger for my Warwick castle Cotswold trip.. I tried my best to go but my body wouldn’t let me, my cough got work at and until Today I’m Still coughing I even cancelled my 31st trip To Paris to see st Lourdes grotto and see relative real quick in Madrid for a day visit . I asked for a consideration to refund my viator payment or use it on the fourth hoping I would feel better but to no avail. That is the truth and no lies with it. I really would Liek to see Cotswold even thought we’re juts going to pass by but the Shakespeare visit is also worth paying for and the castle visit also I’m still in London resting in my room. My flight back to usa is on August 5, arriving Seattle on the 6th

5.00Phil was an incredible tour guide! I was traveling with my husband and two kids ages 12 and 14. Phil provided so much information, was very entertaining, and went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a great day. Warwick castle is the perfect castle for a quick visit. We were able to explore most of the exhibits within the time allotted. We would have liked a little more time in Stratford upon Avon to enjoy a more leisurely lunch. The commentary in the bus was super interesting and our time flew by. Oxford was more guided and very interesting. Again, could have spent more time! It was described as an appetizer day to sample these areas. The bus was very comfortable and the day was super organized and on time. So glad we did it and would highly recommend the tour!

2.00The places were beautiful, but I don’t recommend this tour for Spanish-speaking seniors. The guide barely spoke Spanish and walked extremely fast. There were no time to enjoy the places, all fast and rude.My parents couldn’t enjoy the trip or get any information. He didn’t even try to help them connect to the bus Wi-Fi and seemed to have a bad attitude. This was misleading as a Spanish-language tour.
