Great transfers to and from the memorial. Tour guide was very well spoken and knowledgeable. Slight issues with headsets but was rectified immediately.

What a harrowing experience it is to visit both Auschwitz sites. They are so well preserved that you really feel something of the horror of what went on inside them. Having a guide is essential and this company were excellent, turning up on time and providing an unforgettable experience. I did the Auschwitz and Salt mine 11 hour tour and to be honest, I would recommend splitting this into two days if you have time. It was tiring by the end, especially as the salt mine has 800 steps down. I didn't rate the salt mine anywhere near the one in Austria. It's got lots of made up sculptures and exhibitions for tourists, so didn't feel authentic especially after having visited Auschwitz. I was unfortunate enough to be solo in a very miserable group of people who didn't speak to each other at all. That said the company cannot be faulted for their service.

Mini bus picked up on time Daniel the driver was extremely polite and informative. He was informed on the way to Auschwitz that there were large queues to enter so we went first to Birkenau. This worked out very well. Tour was quite rushed but quite understandable as so many people have booked tours so you have to stick to the time table. Having said that we had enough information of all the history. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and respectful.

From initial booking our trip to arrangements on the day, everything went smoothly, from hotel collection and drop off. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent, our driver Bartek was friendly, courteous and informative, we opted for lunch to be provided as an extra cost and so glad we did due to the time factor as you don't get long for a break during the tour, as for the packed lunch, there was more than enough to eat and was very enjoyable. Our tour guide Michael was excellent, very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Michael displayed a real passion and respect at Auschwitz and Birkenau. We were more than pleased with the service provided and would recommend booking though this company. Thank you.

It takes a while initially to get round and check the times as entry can take a while with security checks it’s like an airport After that it’s an very interesting emotional museum

This is a must do, we went to pay our respects. The tour guide we had was very good and answered any questions. It does get very busy but we'll worth a visit.

Brilliant day trip with my son, slavo picked us up outside the hotel bang on time, looked after us all day, we had a minor problem With the ticket machines at the museum and he delt with it fast and efficiently and got us all inside out of the cold. Would reccomend this service 10/10. Thanks very much.

Would definitely recommend booking this trip with this company prompt pickup and for a small additional fee a packed lunch was included,there was a large queue to enter but was through it quickly because was booked on this tour by viator, the tour guide was extremely informative and really emotional throughout the tour and an experience i will never forget I can't recommend this tour enough
