5.00Everyone was so kind and helpful. Picking the kimono fabric and seeing others’ choices was half the fun. Our sensai/teacher for the tea ceremony was charming and informative. It was a delightful morning. I added on the calligraphy, and got a private lesson. I drew the kanji for Beautiful, and indeed it was, just like the day.

5.00The staff was friendly. I enjoyed dressing up in a kimono and getting my hair done. They even allow me to pick which one I would like to wear and select the pins and flowers on my hair. They give you a light, moisture wicking underlayer. The experience was awesome. I had fun. You can also roam around the streets after the ceremony in your kimono as long as you return by a certain amount of time.
