  We had a great time with Takuma. He was so much fun to be with. Our group was pressed for time with a train trip and he worked quickly to take lots of photos in different locations while still making it fun. I can't wait to see how the photos turned out!

  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently experienced at your establishment. While I was initially impressed by the friendly demeanor of your staff prior to payment, my experience quickly deteriorated after payment was completed. Upon returning to the rental location, I encountered several issues that I believe need to be addressed: Rude and Condescending Behavior: The attitude of your staff shifted drastically post-payment. Their treatment was dismissive and condescending, making the entire process unpleasant. Disrespect During Rental Return: When I returned to hand back the kimono, your staff handled the process in a rushed and impersonal manner. It felt as though they were stripping away the garment with unnecessary haste, which was uncomfortable and disrespectful. Failure to Return Personal Items: To add to the frustration, my personal items were not promptly returned. When I inquired about them, the staff responded rudely, showing a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer care. I believe that customer service should extend beyond the point of payment and that every customer deserves to be treated with respect throughout their entire experience. The behavior I encountered was unacceptable and left me feeling undervalued and mistreated. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve the quality of service and customer care at your establishment. I would appreciate a response acknowledging my concerns and detailing any steps you plan to take to address these issues.

  I was disappointed with my experience with this company. The advertising and promises made were misleading, and the actual service did not meet expectations. It seems that tourists may be taken advantage of due to unclear or deceptive information. I hope the company will consider being more honest and transparent in their future dealings.

  We had a great time with our Photographer Takuma. We went to all scenic spots in the area and he took great pictures of us on the way. Takuma is a very kind and funny person so that we never felt uncomfortable. Especially because we have never done a photo shoot before.
